We reserve the right to change or cancel services due to:

Safety concerns
If this happens, we will try to offer alternatives where possible.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Valid passport
Visa requirements
Travel insurance
Health/vaccination requirements
We are not responsible if travel is refused due to missing documents.

7. Liability
Pearl Link Travel Ltd acts as an agent for hotels, and tour providers.
We are not responsible for:
Delays
Accidents
Injuries
Loss of luggage
Supplier failures
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

We strongly recommend that all customers take comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
